Expedition Academy Culinary Students attended a local hands-on learning opportunity with Jerry Zhang, owner of Sapporo's restaurant in Rock Springs. Students were given firsthand experience by the professional chef’s on how to cook a full hibachi meal as well as all the skills of entertaining a group. Students then cooked their own food on the grill and were able to sit down and enjoy the delicious meal. This was a great experience for the students of EAHS. The students, staff, and chef’s all had a marvelous time.
A huge thank you to Mrs. Buggy (EA Culinary Teacher) for setting up this learning opportunity and Sapporo’s Jerry Zhang and all the chef’s for making this such a wonderful learning experience for everyone.
