LATE START INFORMATION Snow/Emergency Days
When to make the call on delay or cancel?
â—Ź Routes are monitored by 4:00 AM the morning of the storm.
â—Ź For a late start, we will notify by 6:00 AM.
â—Ź Late Start: EA Classes start at (9:40 AM) - Doors open at 9:15AM
● “IF Cancellation of school” notification will go out by 7:00 AM.
Notifications:
Messages will go out from Central Office through IC and media / social media outlets
â—Ź Staff and families will be notified through Infinite Campus Messenger and email.
â—Ź Local media will be notified by the superintendent or designee.
â—Ź District social media will post the district status.
